Shipping
For orders in the United States with standard shipping, orders usually arrive in about 6 -12 business days (processing + shipping). Processing time to prepare an order for shipping may vary, but on average we take 2–6 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Estimated shipping times to North America is 3-6 business days.
For International orders, shipping times may vary based on your country and may be up to 4-8 weeks. Although we will ship most items within 3-5 business days, delays may occur due to customs. Please allow extra time for orders outside the US. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, or any delays related to payment thereof.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and carrier capacity.
Return policy
We hope you love your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy , which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. FREE items are not eligible for our return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For verified manufacturer defects, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- For all other returns, including changes in color/size choices as well as International orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and they will need to be sent to the following address:

To start a return, submit a return request:
- Login to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
Manufacturer defects may require a photo of affected area.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and being accepted for a return will not be returned to you or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost / stolen mail
We are not liable for lost or stolen mail. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly to open. missing package claim. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend reaching out to your local authorities.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@sharemoregood.com.
